This landscape planning project focuses on a residential building strategically positioned in a dynamic urban renewal area. The site, resembling a triangular oasis, is flanked by roads on three sides and is seamlessly integrated into the fabric of the city. Its prime location offers immediate access to a sprawling 10,000-ping green space park and a lively traditional market, creating a vibrant community atmosphere. Informed by a comprehensive analysis of the site’s environmental characteristics, community aspirations, and resident needs, the design team has embraced the innovative “vertical forest” concept. This approach emphasizes harmony with nature and prioritizes the well-being of residents. The vision includes the development of an inviting open landscape park, accompanied by thoughtfully designed split-level balconies and lush sky gardens. These features not only foster an inviting environment for social interactions among neighbors but also establish exclusive plant habitats, enhancing residents' connection to the natural world. This project aspires to achieve sustainable benefits while creating a unique living experience, where urban living coexists with green spaces.
