Beverly Hills is a city located in Los Angeles County, California. It is a notable and historic suburb of Los Angeles, currently filled with celebrity mansions and high-end architecture. The architects of this project have taken its stylish, noble, and prosperous imagery as the inspiration for planning the residential villa, creating a unique single-pitched roof design. The architect has resourcefully conducted the spatial planning of the large terrace and the large width of the exterior building presentation, allowing the building and the planting environment to blend beautifully, presenting back-to-nature imagery and keeping the aesthetics of modern architecture. The exterior of the building is primarily painted with white stone paint and decorated with stone tiles, mosaic tiles, and gray glass. On the other hand, the front gardens of the villas are equipped with 2-3 parking spaces and greenery to provide the residents with functional living needs and quality while enhancing the appearance of the city. Moreover, each home is designed with large windows, allowing natural light to enter the home, and combined with the open interior layout, residents have a spacious and bright activity area. In addition, a large terrace space is also provided to provide residents with vacation-like home time. Through the architect's ingenuity, this project is nothing similar to a traditional village house. The unique single-pitched roof design serves as a visual highlight. The modern and simple exterior configuration makes the building compatible with the environment, making it a beautiful painting. With the rising awareness of environmental protection, the exterior of the building is made of stone imitation materials and Japanese waterproof stone paint, which not only has the delicate texture of the stone but also indirectly reduces the extraction of stone and the waste of resources to achieve the goal of sustainable development.
