The project is a new pre-owned apartment renovation. The client's family moved from a single-family house to an apartment. The design team creates a custom space for the family that also considers their privacy.
Since the hostess has a lot of storage needs, the design team installs various storage cabinets in the public area. Open and display cabinets are presented in the space, while small storage rooms are planned in the corners. The appropriate allocation of cabinets fulfilled the hostess’s requirements and aesthetics.
Furthermore, the project mainly serves the client couple. The design team creates many areas where couples can share their time. For example, a small coffee table and a single chair in front of the floor-to-ceiling window in the living room, where couples can have tea, chat, and enjoy the sunset view for a relaxing afternoon. On the balcony, there is a bar for evening drinks. At different times, there are different places to enjoy life to the fullest, creating a pace of life for the couple.
