The project is centered around people and the designer takes into careful consideration the lifestyle and aspirations of the owner's family. A hotel-style theme was set based on the owner’s desire for a space to relax after work and to enjoy his love of literature, art, and paintings. Through the use of modern, simple, and luxurious elements, the designer is able to create an elegant atmosphere that radiates the human touch. The result is a stress-free living space that promotes physical and mental relaxation, providing residents comfort.

Upon entering the shared living area, one will notice that the large floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to illuminate the room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for family and friends. Besides, the open layout of the living room, dining room, and kitchen eliminates formal partitions, presenting a more expansive space for interaction and strengthening emotional bonds. Sliding glass doors in the guest and dining rooms offer versatility in adjusting the room for different occasions, offering various purposes, and creating an independent dining space. On the other hand, the L-shaped kitchen cabinet and electrical cabinet were designed to create a functional and visually appealing cooking space, connecting the bar area and cooking counter for functionality and communication. In addition, bold colors were incorporated into the base cabinets, bar, and shelves to add vibrancy to the sharp and beautiful space. Moreover, the private area was thoughtfully designed to include the primary suite, dressing room, checkroom, and study, creating a small world for the couple to enjoy their daily activities.

The designer has taken a careful approach to simplify the overall design, reducing excessive decoration and waste of resources. The designer also utilizes environmentally friendly building materials instead of raw wood, protecting natural resources and promoting global sustainability.
